I have had conversations with random people about when girls start thinking about a guy as "just another guy I know" to "I guy I want to be with". My conclusion: After you sleep with them.
For me, I already know how far our friendship is going to go from the first 90 sec of us meeting. We might sleep together later, but that won't change my opinion*.
*Unless you do something extremely extraordinary that I've never seen before.
